First and foremost, thank you for your incredible patience. We want to provide a transparent update on where things stand with fulfillment and what we’re doing to get the final sets into your hands.

Shipping Progress

We are still actively shipping out the final Timeless Caverns sets, and we're thrilled to say that a few more have just left the workshop. Seeing these massive projects come to life and head out the door is the best part of this job, and we know you’ve been waiting a long time to get them. We also have the Early Bird Behirs all printed and packed; those can be expected to ship at the end of this month. 

As you know, this project has been a monumental undertaking. When we launched this campaign, we could not have predicted the economic shifts that would follow. The reality is that rising costs and the dollar's declining value have pushed this project significantly over budget. Despite these hurdles, we remain committed to fulfilling every single pledge.

The Next Step: Chupacabra Aftermath

This brings us to our next project, and we want to be completely open with you about why we are launching it now. We are preparing to launch a new Kickstarter for Chupacabra: Aftermath.

We understand that launching a new campaign while some of you are still waiting for your pledge is not ideal. To those still waiting, we don't expect you to back this new project. Your faith was placed in Timeless Caverns, and our primary goal is to honor that commitment. 

The honest truth is that the success of the Chupacabra: Aftermath Kickstarter will directly help us fund the shipping and completion of the final Timeless Caverns units. This new campaign is a crucial part of the path to getting all remaining pledges fulfilled and finally closing out this chapter.

The Timeless Caverns sets are a testament to what we can create, and their value has only increased—they will retail for over $300, a significant jump from the $200 you paid as backers. You secured an incredible deal, and we will ensure you receive it.

Greetings, Adventurers of the Timeless Caverns!

We delve once more into the depths to bring you tidings of our grand endeavor. The echoes of printing presses are fading, and the scent of fresh ink hangs in the air, a testament to the near completion of our quest. We are pleased to report that the great trove that is the Timeless Caverns is now 99% printed, and a formidable 80% of all orders have been dispatched from our workshops and are journeying toward your tables.

The final leg of this expedition has presented unforeseen challenges. The paths of shipping have proven more treacherous than anticipated, with the costs of both materials and transport rising steadily over time. This has slowed our progress, but it has not broken our resolve. We are steadfast in our commitment to see every last package safely delivered. Your patience and understanding are the guiding stars in this final push, and we are working tirelessly to complete all remaining shipments as swiftly as possible.

This project was, in its very essence, an ambitious undertaking. We sought to craft a treasure of unparalleled scope and quality. While we are immensely proud of the final creation—a work that has truly astounded all who have beheld it—we must be transparent about the journey. In truth, the final cost to produce each unit was nearly 50% greater than the pledge amount we asked of you during the campaign. This has been a profound lesson, a trial by fire from which we have emerged with a wealth of hard-won experience.

We want to express our most sincere and heartfelt gratitude to each of you. You have been more than backers; you are the co-founders of this historic project. Your belief in our vision has been the foundation upon which this entire cavern was built.

As we close this chapter, new adventures for Sagaverse Studios are already being charted. We are excited to forge ahead with:

• A new live-play Patreon, where you can join us for ongoing tales of high adventure.
• A virtual convention in league with our esteemed allies at the Gygax Society and Gooey Cube.

Shipping and Other AWESOME Updates

Greetings Dear Backers,

We are about 75% of the way done with fulfillment for Timeless Caverns, including the extras. At the end of this week we will be shipping out the miniature sets and the Early Bird Behirs, and have a few more full sets ready. As some of you have already seen, these boxes are massive and filled with goodies so they take a little time to get out the door. 

Special Thanks: 

What you may not know about this project, although we did not make any sort of profit on it, we were able to build and refine our manufacturing process and gain a ton of experience points. Timeless Caverns is THE LARGEST DnD-themed miniature set ever produced at over 115 miniatures, not to mention the maps, Dungeon Veil, 100 page quick campaign guide, etc. We are now able to produce tabletop games here in the USA, and are helping a ton of other Indie producers bring their games to market and succeed, including some very popular titles. So by backing Sagaverse Studios, you are a founder in the domestic TTRPG manufacturing industry! 

ANNOUNCEMENT: 

Our next Kickstarter, Chupacabra: Aftermath has been announced! While I have a specific unannounced launch date in mind at the end of July, we will not launch until Timeless is entirely fulfilled. We will not start another major crowdfunding project while we still have one open. On that note, Chupacabra: Aftermath will be done and ready to ship by the time it's campaign ends. Gone are the days of waiting for ol' Sagaverse Studios to catch up, we will lead the pack going forward. 

Chupacabra: Aftermath is the 5e/OSE next adventure in the Zardian Saga, and takes place immediately after the conclusion of Curse of the Chupacabra, our best selling flagship adventure. It consists of two 1-shot style adventures: Entombed in the City of Gold from my parther John LoCascio, and Last Stand at Derelict Omega by yours truly. The adventure has 6 supporting battlemaps by The Laidback DM, 20 new miniatures from Mathues Zastawny, and a ton of new art from Miky Arango! We are doing things a little different this time, we have an Insider track you can sign up for on our website for more details and a few surprises I will announce only to the Insiders. Sign uphere! The Gygax Society & Burning Man: As many of you know I have had the honor and privilege to be a part of the Gygax Society as a GM Captain, and I am now working with them in a more official capacity helping to bring their projects to fruition. The next adventure, Burning Man, by Luke Gygax, Matt Everhart, and Bryan CP Steele is launching on Kickstarter on July 19th, the same day GaryCon tickets go onsale. Set in Luke's world of Okkorim, Burning Man is for 5e DnD, 1-2 levels and is a really HOT adventure. Our amazing art team (Miky, Matheus, and Keila) are contributing to the project and we're giving it the full treatment, complete with battle maps and miniatures just like the ones we have at our tables during GaryCon! Follow the Burning Man prelaunch here.

Fans who support both Burning Man and Chupacabra: Aftermath will get free admission to a Virtual Con we are planning in early January 2026! 

On top of that, there will be limited seats to play Burning Man with Luke or Matt GMing, and to play Chupacabra: Aftermath with John and I in the GM chair, where you will get the chance to play alongside Luke, Matt, and some guest stars (We hear they may be of the Gooey sort or hang out in the Forbidden North). More details as we get them hammered out!

VTT Sets Have Been Sent

Good Evening Backers, 

I hope you had a good weekend. Earlier today, I sent out a coupon code to download the Timeless Caverns Digital Trove from our website (www.sagaverse.co). I tried distributing it via Backerkit last week, but the site has issues. Please check your email and your SPAM folders. A few people have mentioned they found the email in there. 

I will contact you individually with tracking numbers for your boxed sets this week. Again, it's the same issue as the digital one, so I am doing it all manually. Luckily, the UPS guy is really cool and loves minis, so he won't mind picking up a ton of suitcases full of fun. Thanks again for your patience. I would love to hear any feedback on the digital goods.
